本周唐山方管市場價格持續下滑，雖然整體市場交易氣氛較弱，但是各地區商家盡力出貨，需求的萎縮也已經成為不爭的事實，限 產也讓鋼廠端壓力倍增。本周周初唐山方管鋼廠指導價小幅下調10-20元左右，各地商家跟價意向不明確，挺價意愿較強，因長期的需求不濟，市場價格也受到了影響，下滑趨 勢明顯，方管廠的15天AB輪產政策仍持續，據部分鋼廠反應限產將會持續到8月，受此原因整體庫存也有所上升，各地資源較為齊全，周中期鋼廠指導價格仍有部 分資源小幅下調10元左右，北方市場無奈跟價，南方市場持穩觀望心態較重，利空的消息呼之欲出，使得整體對后市仍悲觀，交易氣氛較差，周后期因鋼坯的支撐 市場價格暫穩，部分持續下調，市場交易氣氛仍然沒有起色，很多方管廠家依舊低價出貨為主。

軋鋼廠狀態：截止5月30日統計唐山30家型方管廠51條生產線，停產或檢修29條，開工率為43.1%，較上周漲3.9%：9條工開4，18條槽開8，21條角開9，3條H開2。成品庫存情況：截止5月30日統計唐山24家方管廠成品材庫存約33.3萬噸，上周(5月23日)增加1.2萬噸，上升3.7%。

周后期雖然市場成交仍處于冰點狀態，但是鋼坯的支撐較為強大，今日午后鋼坯穩，現普碳方坯含稅出廠3600元，本周累漲10元，期螺震蕩下行市場 悲觀情緒加重，雖然經過長期的需求慘淡，價格較低，但是預計6月鋼坯支撐力度仍強，唐山方管市場價格將以穩或小幅調整觀望。
