本周方管市場價格震蕩趨強，上周市場以跌為主，本周一開盤受鐵礦期貨漲停影響，期盤全線持紅提振市場心態，現貨緊跟拉漲，漲后現貨成交好轉，廠商挺價意愿明顯。加上月初豐潤 軋鋼企業集體復產，坯料需求恢復，成本有明顯支撐。周二周三連續兩天唐山及周邊各縣區限產細化方案出臺，力度高于建議稿，自此整個市場的情緒被調動起來。 然周四現貨成交量較上半周有所放緩，隨著庫存數據出爐，庫存下行速度加快，旺季市場由此打開。華北地區本周唐山小窄帶小幅反彈，周比上漲30元/噸。目前 小窄帶利潤空間維持在80-90左右，廠家生產積極性較高，盡管九月限產文件已經下達，但對小窄帶的影響甚微，本周小窄帶廠家開工較上周還有所上漲，且據 了解架子管方面接單尚可，小窄帶廠家出清日產的情況頻頻出現，但到了本周后半段，隨著期貨的下行以及下游補庫完成，小窄帶開始變得出貨不暢，價格也有所回 調。355系窄帶在本周連續上漲四天之后于周五出現回落。作為9月第一周，鐵礦石強勢拉漲及唐山調坯廠復產之后的集中補庫，支撐鋼坯堅挺上行，同時帶動帶 鋼強勢拉漲，下游需求出現一輪集中釋放，方管庫存也得到了很好的消化。中寬帶市場緊跟期螺變動，鍍鋅、冷軋方管廠家也逐漸迎來旺季。目前市場庫存水平不 高，商家出貨壓力不大，市場底部有支撐。南方地區，華東當地熱帶庫存壓力仍較小，價格上漲以后市場出貨依舊清淡，一方面由于下游采購不積極導致，另一方面 由于貨少規格不齊等因素使得無貨可出。華南地區市場整體拿貨積極性不高，當前受冷卷和熱卷拖累，在卷帶差略有失衡情況下，方管目前仍存壓力。綜合來 看，目前方管市場需求釋放程度并不穩定，廠商情緒不穩，上行動力不足，預計下周或震蕩盤整運行。
